First off, I want to say thanks to my friend Jeremy, for pestering me to do something about my weight and my health. I am a 38-year old overweight guy, going on 90 if the way my body feels is any indicator. I have wanted to lose weight since the beginning of time, just never was successful though. I tried every fad diet that came out and even when I did lose some weight, it would always come back with a vengeance.
Being overweight is not just a cosmetic issue either, it is not helping me any by being overweight, I already have one stent and diabetes to boot. My friend Jeremy, the one I mentioned, was in a similar predicament not too long ago, and one of his relatives told him about a new product called Advanced Colon Max, it is a unique colon cleanse that has been incredibly successful lately all over the world. Well, it is day seven of my Advanced Colon Max 30 day challenge. I must say, my last few trips to the bathroom have been a little “interesting” if you know what I mean. I am absolutely stunned at what was in my body for all these years! I know some people like to show pictures of it but I am too squeamish for that, lol, I can’t go that far. Evidently, after doing some research, I found out that a lot of high cholesterol and fatty animal products form a membrane like lining around the surface of the colon. This constricts fecal movement and contributes to overall decline in digestive health.
That is the precise type of problem that the creators of Advanced Colon Max addressed when they created it. After eliminating the amount of waste that I did, I have noticed an incredible change in my overall health. I have more energy, I digest food quickly without getting lots of gas, and best of all, I have lost 5 pounds already! The best way I can describe it is like when you get a bad stomach virus and are up all night puking for 2 days. Afterwards, you know how you feel like a new person, all cleaned out? Now on Day 14 of the Advanced Colon Max 30 day challenge. Good news, I lost another 3 pounds! I feel fantastic, much better than yesterday. I cheated yesterday and ate 2 White Castle burgers (I know, I’m stupid) and boy those burgers were killing my stomach. However, instead of suffering for 3 days like I usually do after eating WC, I digested it all in 12 hours. That is something I have NEVER been able to do. I also have been having regular bowel movements, one a day, which is also something unheard of for me. Every 3 days was my norm, and I imagine that is why I became overweight. A slower metabolism will lead to slower digestion, and therefore make you fat like I got.
One peculiar thing for me that I noticed this week was my blood sugar numbers. I noticed I can get by with about 65% of the amount of Insulin I normally used 2 weeks ago. Maybe that is temporary benefit, but a few people told me that it would continue to get better until I never needed anymore Insulin. It is just amazing what excess waste can do to a human being and his overall health. Thank god I started this detox challenge now instead of waiting 20 more years. That is, if I would have lived 20 more years. (0_o)
Well, it is now Day 21 of my Advanced Colon Max 30-day challenge and getting down to the wire here. I am going to try and post everyday for the last week, or as often as I can. I feel so much better than I did 21 days ago, and that is absolute hard fact, this is even more effective than I ever could have imagined. The best effect this has had on my body has got to be my overall sense of well-being. Don’t get me wrong, the weight loss is awesome and definitely the most obvious benefit as far as people can see.
However, people who have not seen me in quite some time tell me that my personality is so much different now. They say that I am much more positive and not even close to as irritable as I used to be. I hadn’t even noticed these changes as much as everyone else did, so that was nice to hear. Day 21
Well it is now Day 24 of my Advanced Colon Max 30 day challenge. Not too much different today, however I have noticed something new. This is kind of personal but what the hell, my libido is back to what it was when I was 18 LOL. I feel like a teenager again for Pete’s sake. Not only do I have more stamina, but just my overall sex drive has really improved since a few weeks ago. I am sure a lot of that is due to the weight loss, which of course came from the colon cleanse.
Anyway, my new girlfriend Jennifer says she wants to try it. She is getting tired of hearing about nothing but ACM and my experience. For real though, she is really impressed and shocked by the results I have gotten from it, and she keeps saying she is going to try it herself. We’ll see!
Day 26 of my Advanced Colon Max 30 Day challenge, still feel great and look even better than I could have ever imagined. One thing I noticed now is that not only am I more regular with my bowel movements, but I am no longer dispelling any “waste” if you know what I mean. For the past couple days it is just regular bowel movements. It feels like I shed about 300 pounds, even though it is around 42 really. What a difference.

Day 28 of the Advanced Colon Max 30 day challenge, howdy folks. Not much to report today, well actually Jennifer has been on the cleanse for a couple days now. I thought she was gonna have a heart attack when she was telling me about her “experience”. Apparently, she never fully grasped what I meant when I told her “a lot of waste will come out.” Her idea of a lot was obviously nothing close to the reality. It doesn’t surprise me one bit, it is so hard to believe that your body can carry around that much toxic undigested waste for so long. People just don’t know what is in their bodies.
She eats pretty well and does exercise, so she is in better shape than I was when I started. To be honest, she already looks thinner to me, but maybe that is just my mind playing tricks on me, after all its only been a couple days. Oh well, lets hope she has just as good results as I have had.
